Unlock the power of sleep

Please note that this event will now be a live podcast recording, of a brand-new science podcast hosted by Prof Ben Garrod from the University of East Anglia! UEA's Dr Jo Bower and Ben will be in conversation with co-host, Dr Gab Astorga, a Norwich-based microbial genomics scientist.

Discover the secrets of truly restorative sleep - and what’s really helping (or hurting) your rest.

Join UEA’s Dr Jo Bower as she tackles questions like: “What does sleep really do for me?”, “Does sleep tracking help or hinder our quest for rest?”, and “Are electronics the sleep thief we think they are?” In this talk, explore how we can harness the power of sleep to feel more refreshed, alert, and energised during the day.

All attendees need a ticket.
