Norwich Science Festival is presented by The Forum Trust, a self-financing, independent charity. We receive no regular public funding, and so to help support the delivery of this ambitious and much-loved Festival, we apply a charge for businesses and corporate organisations to exhibit with us. These fees enable us to ensure that access to The Explorium and many of our events remain free or as low cost as possible.
There is no charge for registered charities or community groups to exhibit at The Festival.
Applications to exhibit at the Festival in 2027 are not currently open. Check back soon for more information on how to get involved.
The Explorium is a free space for visitors of all ages to explore science in a hands-on, fun and engaging way. Whilst you may wish to raise awareness of, and showcase, the work that your organisation does, we ask that you do not sell directly to our visitors.
Due to high levels of interest, applying to be an exhibitor in The Explorium does not guarantee that you will be offered a space.
