Get ready for Norwich Science Festival!

Norwich Science Festival returns this February half term, bringing an epic line-up of shows, talks and workshops to the city from Sat 17–Sat 24 February!

Booking tickets

Many events at Norwich Science Festival are free. The Forum and our partners have kept prices to the paid-for events as low as possible. Ticket income is used to cover the costs of bringing high profile shows and speakers to Norwich and to pay for other Festival events, which are free and open to all.

Booking FAQs

  • For Norwich Science Festival, tickets can be booked online – check individual event listings for details. Please note that some bookings are made via our booking system Ticketsolve, and other events will be through our partners' booking systems.

Please show your ticket (printed or mobile) on entry to the event.

All tickets are sent out electronically via email. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't find it, please email [email protected] or the venue through which you bought the ticket.

  • Tickets are not available in person, by telephone, post or email with The Forum office.

  • Once you've booked your ticket(s), please contact us at [email protected] detailing your name, number in party, number in party with specific requirements (e.g. wheelchair place required), and what type of ticket(s) you have booked (if more than one price point). We'll then liaise with the venue to ensure that there are places reserved for your party. On arrival at the event, please identify your party to our event staff, and you'll be shown to the reserved places.

  • If you have access requirements and need someone to accompany you to make your visit to a Norwich Science Festival event easier and more comfortable, an additional Essential Companion ticket can be booked for our events.

Check each individual event listing for information on how to book a free Essential Companion ticket. For events where tickets are purchased direct with the venue, e.g. Norwich Theatre Playhouse, please check their terms and conditions on how to book Essential Companion tickets.

If you have specific access requirements, please contact us before the event you have booked for at [email protected] with your name, title of event, number of people in your party, and any access information you feel would be helpful to our team in ensuring your visit is as comfortable as possible.

  • Refunds are not offered unless an event is cancelled or postponed.

Occasionally, events may be cancelled at short notice due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control. In the event of cancellation of pre-book events, every endeavour will be made to contact ticket holders and refunds will be offered. We regret that we may not be able to offer an alternative for cancelled events. Please check this website for up-to-date event information.

Admission to the event is at the discretion of the event organiser.

Events will run in line with local and national government guidelines at the time of the festival.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer a waiting list service as we do not have a box office able to deal with this. We will however post on social media when more tickets become available.

  • The maximum number of tickets that can be booked per event per customer is 10. If you would like to bring a larger group, please email [email protected] with information about your party, size, number of tickets required and any access requirements, and we will see what we can do.

  • Our box office system, Ticketsolve, is used across The Forum's activities and festivals, including Norwich Science Festival, Norfolk Makers Festival, Norfolk Heritage Open Days and Norwich Games Festival. If you have bought tickets for one of these events, you may already have an account on Ticketsolve, and should use the same log-in details.

You are also able to check out as a guest - when you reach the log-in page, scroll to the bottom and click the 'Continue As Guest'.

If you are still having problems, please contact [email protected] or call The Forum office on 01603 727950.
