Join Dr Jo as she explores the surprising science hidden in everyday paper – from chromatography and capillary action to static electricity and engineering impressive structures!

There’ll be plenty of live demos in need of volunteers, plus mini-investigations you can conduct from your seat and ideas you can take home with you. This fun family show will leave you enthusiastic and curious about the science we can discover through paper!

All attendees need a ticket.

About Dr Jo

With both a teaching and science background, Dr Jo has more than 25 years’ experience working with children, families and schools to support science education and learning. Passionate about encouraging curiosity and investigation, Jo is an award-winning primary science specialist, delivering fun and engaging science workshops in schools, STEM Clubs and for community groups.
