James Smith is the Head of Engineering at Baxter Healthcare. Prior to this, he has worked as Utilities and Sterilisation Manager, and a Shift Engineer in utilities, food manufacture and the dairy industry.

About Tom Beales

Tom Beales is the Director of Armultra Ltd, with over 25 years’ experience across renewables, oil & gas, petrochemicals, factory maintenance, and defence (MOD). He also serves as an Elected Director of EEEGR, supporting the growth and innovation of the East of England’s energy sector.

About Will Bridgeman

Will is an experienced business leader and the Managing Director of Warren Services. He has also held directorships and advisory roles with other businesses.
