Are you a runner?

Perhaps you jog the occasional Park Run, or you’ve completed the Run Norwich 10K?

In this inspiring talk, Professor Ben Garrod shares his experience of preparing to run the Dragon’s Back – a 380km, six-day running journey across Welsh mountain summits.

Having submitted himself to a battery of tests before, during and after the race – including muscle function, cognition and blood and urine sampling – Ben will reveal how we might all become better runners, no matter your PB.
