Sorry, you missed this one!
Sat 10 Sep

Multiple days: Across Norfolk

Venues across Norfolk, Norwich, and the Broads

Get reading for a celebration of innovation and imagination from Norfolk Library and Information Service and The Reading Agency!

The Reading Agency and Norfolk Library and Information Service are excited to introduce the Gadgeteers, Summer Reading Challenge 2022, in partnership with the Science Museums Group. You can register from 9 July, and the Challenge takes place 23 July to 10 September.

You can join the Summer Reading Challenge at your local library or mobile library. Your child will receive a free poster that follows the Gadgeteers, a group of children who love to solve problems and invent things. The aim of the game is to read 6 books, collect a set of stickers to put on the poster (some are scratch and sniff!) and find out the Gadgeteer’s inventive plans for a summer party.

Plus to make the Summer Reading Challenge even more fun, there are lots of fun events and activities in our libraries, supported by Norwich Science Festival and The Forum, and it’s all free!

Get ready for fun experiments, exciting engineering, virtual reality and robots, presented by Mad Science, The Little Story Telling Company, Fossils and Fireworks, Family Learning and ICT Solutions.
