Design your own diatom jewellery!

Tonight is the world-famous Diatom Ball in Plankton City – and the glamorous, microscopic algae attendees need some diatom jewellery. Can YOU help the local jeweller get everyone ready for the big event?

In this charming workshop led by The Plankton Project, you’ll discover what diatoms are and get the chance to design and create your very own diatom crown or tie to take home.

The Plankton Project is a community interest company that surveys the near-shore Plankton of Norfolk and works to educate the general public about marine plankton. The Plankton Project is kindly funded by the British Ecological Society.
