A mini online programme of engaging family shows, virtual talks, and activities you can do at home

We can't bring you the full Festival this year, but we have a mini online #NorwichSciFestAtHome programme this October half-term for you!

From lunchtime lava, through to dinosaurs and the psychology of serial killers, discover science at home with Norwich Science Festival’s mini online programme of engaging family shows, virtual talks, and have-a-go activities.

From 24-28 October, expect to see fascinating talks from scientists working at Norwich Research Park and learn more about the incredible work they have been carrying out in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as talks exploring other cutting-edge research carried out at the park. NSF Patrons, Prof Ben Garrod, Lizzie Daly and Mark Thompson will be bringing their usual entertaining and educational family talks to the event, and getting young people joining in with activities from home, with favourite topics including dinosaurs, our oceans and space! Festival favourites science rapper, Jon Chase, and Mandy Hartley from The Little Storytelling Company will also be inspiring young scientists with virtual shows.

Check back early October for events and tickets.
