Have you ever wondered how science can explain so much about what we like to eat?
Join us for an entertaining evening combining food, science and cooking, all served up at this pop-up restaurant at No. 8 Thorpe Road in Norwich, featuring the skills of local chef Scott Taylor.
The event includes short talks and demonstrations plus a three-course meal. All proceeds go towards the work of science education charity the Teacher Science Network, and the event is supported by the Red Cat Partnership.
