Want to know a bit more about the science of how and why we like our food when we eat? Then join Dinner with a Difference, an evening of delicious food, delightful fun and diverting facts in the company of two scientists and a chef.
This event is organised by No. 8 Thorpe Road and supported by the RedCat Partnership Ltd. Monies raised from this event will go towards the charitable activities of the Teacher Scientist Network.
TSN is a highly-respected, Norwich-based, science education charity working with teachers to enhance science education. Established in 1994, TSN is run by Dr. Phil Smith, MBE: plant pathologist, passionate about education and science expert on Radio Norfolk’s Chrissie Jackson show.
Dr Duncan Gaskin formally at the Institute of Food Research in Norwich has over 20 years research experience in a range of topics and a particular fascination with our sensory relationship with the food we eat.
