A taste of biochemistry, biogeography and botany with your gin. Using hands, noses and eyes to explore flavour elements in gin, with some local inspiration from Bullards. A hands-on workshop with plant scientist Susanne Masters looking at the taste, identifying characteristics and distribution of a selection of botanicals.
