An abundance of science, from a virtual space descent and a walk-through gut, to headliner Chris Packham

Norwich Science Festival (NSF) returned for its third year from 19–27 October 2018.  We had nine days of inspirational talks, sensational shows and an abundance of hands-on science activities for all ages and all levels of knowledge.

The Festival featured themed days on oceans and water, nature and the environment, astronomy, physics, engineering, technology, chemistry, biology, medicine and health, and cutting-edge science from the Norwich Research Park.

We also ran a dedicated learning programme for schools, colleges, youth group and home-educated learners.

Headline events included Chris Packham, Maddie Moate, Benedict Allen, Ben Garrod, Mark Thompson, Alice Roberts, and Helen Czerski.

Thanks to all partners, venues, contributors, funders, sponsors, staff and volunteers for making #NorwichSciFest 2018 happen!
